Isso deve ser bacon americano… totalmente artificial, nem é defumado so recebe essencia de fumaça (liquid smoke) pq o processo de defumação é longo e mais caro. Espero q os bacons nacionais continuem como os trdicionais q aposto q tem um gosto mto melhor q essas porcarias sinteticas americanas.

Na verdade, estranhissimo essa parada do liquid smoke, porém, o que me deixou mais absmado, foi a quantidade de bacon que joga fora, na procura da “fatia perfeita”.

Gostaria de chamar a atenção para uma nova avaliação em relação a um outro produto.
Comprei essa semana alguns pacotes de biscoito Trakinas e o que encontrei foi um gosto diferente assim como a textura. Fatos posteriormente avaliados na emabalagem, com o seguinte claim: “1º Biscoito Recheado com Farinha Integral”. Socorro!!! Que os concorrentes não resolvam copiar essa idéia, pois altera muito o produto.
Você fica com as partículas da farinha integral por um bom tempo na boca. Sensação horrível!!
Vai aí minha sugestão.
Aquela receita com bacon do 2º link me deu um terrível embrulho no estômago. Não gosto de bacon e muito menos de linguiça, hehe.

Realmente bacon é uma delícia. Eu adoro! Pra mim tem que ser tostado até ficar beeem crocante….
Mas ultimamente tenho evitado comer qualquer carne de porco. Não sou ativista de direitos de animais nem nada assim, mas justamente nas últimas semanas eu fiquei sabendo como são criados os porcos que nós comemos….
Meu problema não é nem com o processamento da carne, mas com a condição em que os bichos são criados no México, cuja carne abastece o mercado brasileiro.
Os porcos vivem em gaiolas estreitas a vida toda, sem poder se mexer. Alguns têm atrofia muscular por isso. Eles são obrigados a comer no mesmo ambiente em que defecam, o que (apesar do senso comum achar que os porcos são sujos) vai totalmente contra seus instintos. Eles não podem praticar seu instinto natural de fuçar a terra, então ficam neuroticamente mordendo o rabo do porco da frente, que vai perdendo o rabo (ai!).
Enfim, se alguém quiser saber mais sobre isso, procure o programa “Jaimie Oliver save our bacon”, que eu vi essa semana no GNT, onde ele conta tudo sobre a produção de carne de porco na Inglaterra.
Só que o ‘detalhe’ é: o pior método de criação de porcos de lá, que já vai ser proibido até 2013, ainda é muito melhor do que o da carne que comemos….
enfim, não quero convencer ninguém, só quis compartilhar um assunto que têm me rondado a cabeça. o quanto eu gosto de bacon? será que vale a pena ser consumidora desse produto?
eu acredito que nossas escolhas de consumo realmente moldam o mundo como ele está, e fico inquieta pensando qual é meu papel nisso.

Agora preste atenção, você tem que escutar, como se pega o porcão, para a gente cozinhar/ pega e arranca a barriga, bate muito bate firme, porque assim fica mais fácil, para a pele se soltar/ e depois de tudo isso, um banho ele vai tomar, de um líquido gostoso, e a gente vai gostar!

Eu adoro Trakinas, principalmente de limão, que é rara de encontrar nos mercados !! Mas de qualquer forma tbm compro de chocolate e morango…. porém para minha surpresa alguns dias atrás quando fui comer percebi um gosto estranho e só então fui me atentar para a embalagem… e vi a informação que agora era feito de Farinha Integral…. não sei até que ponto isso colabora com a saúde dos consumidores… mas o gosto está péssimo, alterou totalmente o sabor do recheio e como a Mariane mesmo disse vc fica com pedaços da bolacha na boca por um bom tempo !!!
Novamente a Trakinas decepciona… primeiro eles lançam uma de Frutas Vermelhas e do nada a bolacha some dos mercados.. ai agora isso ?!!?!?
