Ah não esquenta não, isso aí é normal em carnes grelhadas, sempre aparece um desses quando a gente grelha carne moída no George Foreman aqui de casa, rs. É tipo sangue coagulado que sai quando assa, é só tirar fora e aproveitar hehehe
